From the moment I walked in, everything about this office was picture-perfect. The staff was welcoming, professional, organized, and genuinely cared about making the visit as smooth as possible.

I had called ahead for an appointment and fully expected to spend an hour or more waiting—that’s just what I’ve come to expect from urgent care. Instead, I was pleasantly surprised. I was seen much sooner than expected, and the entire process was efficient without ever feeling rushed. I almost wondered if I had accidentally walked into the “express lane” of healthcare!

This was only my second visit here (I had been a patient back when it was AFC), but I never even thought about going anywhere else. They earned my trust during my first visit, and this experience only strengthened it.

I have a personal saying: “Trust no one except God, and He will do the rest.” Because of that, I don’t give my trust easily. When a healthcare provider earns it, that’s one of the highest compliments I can give.

If I could suggest one area for improvement, it would be the appointment scheduling system. If I were managing this as an IT project, I’d classify it as a P0 (Priority Zero) issue—one of those “drop everything and fix it” items. Not because the care is lacking (it’s exceptional), but because first impressions matter. You can earn ten glowing reviews, yet a single poor scheduling experience can unfairly overshadow all the great work your team does. I genuinely don’t want to see that happen because the outstanding care you provide deserves to be the first thing people remember.

I would absolutely love to see you return to the Fremont/Newark area someday. The community would be fortunate to have a team like yours back.
